Description
Sometimes a student just needs a little more explanation and practice in one area to get them over a hump in their regular math program. Instead of ditching your current textbook over it, try taking some time out to work on the trouble spot and then pick up where you left off. A supplement like these may be just what you need! A concept is introduced, practiced, and then assessed in a tidy little package. All skills needed to cover addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of fractions are in these two books. Lessons state which Common Core standards are met by that particular lesson, so they make for good test preparation and review. Pages have a lot of information and illustrations, but do not look cluttered. You could add these to a program you feel needs more written practice problems such as the Life of Fred series.
