Wonders Of Creation Series

Description

If you think it's hard to find high-quality science resources that are Christian-friendly, you should check out this beautiful series from Master Books. Each hardcover book covers a different topic from a Christian perspective and contains 80-90+ glossy pages full of full-color photos, diagrams, and drawings. Books are divided into topical chapters, which present the information in a readable, interesting way and contain plenty of interesting "asides”, and visuals to break up the text. Each title also includes a pull-out poster and glossary/index. Several titles provide helpful information and visual clues to divide the text into 3 educational levels: Level 1 targets 5th-6th grade; Level 2 targets 7th-8th grade; and Level 3 targets 9th-11th grade. Titles with this beneficial division include Oceans, Weather, Astronomy, Minerals, Archeology, and Ecology. This series is also used as the core texts for Masterbooks General Science I and II courses. Families with children at a wide-range of ages may still enjoy this quality, God-centered series as a read-aloud. ~Deanne
