Science Decodables published by Beanstalk Books are appealing sets of 12 Nonfiction decodable readers that are sure to please all learners, especially those who enjoy learning facts. The readers come in sets named by phases 2-6, beginning with Phase 2 and progressing from early readers to fluency Level 3. The content of each set has a theme as follows: Phase 2 is Pets, Phase 3 Wildlife, Phase 4 Earth Science, Phase 5 The Human World, and Phase 6 Life Science. Inside each paperback reader, you will find the letters, letter sounds, or blends covered in that specific book, any tricky words in the book, and a few teacher notes. The books are covered in shiny coated paper about the thickness of cardstock, with typical paperback pages including lovely colored real-life photos on each page of the reader. Each phase set of 12 readers is sold individually, or they can be purchased as a complete multi-level set.
