Anansi the Spider
Ansansi, a folk-hero in African Mythology, is an old legend in Ghana, West Africa. Ansansi the spider has six good sons who each have a special ability. When Ansansi finds himself in danger, his sons work together to save his life. For his sons' courage and bravery, Ansansi wishes to honor a son with an award given by Nyame, “the god of all things."
