This model includes 4, 10, and 40x achromatic DIN parfocalled and parcentered objectives that provide high-quality magnification of 40, 100, and 400x. It's a biological microscope that features precision fine and coarse focusing, a 115 x 125 mm stage with an integrated 20 x 60 mm mechanical stage with low-position coaxial x-y controls, a slip clutch, a stage stop, and a 1.25 N.A. Abbe condenser. The included Abbe condenser has spiral focusing, an Iris diaphragm, a swing-out filter holder, a 3-watt long-life, bright and cool LED illumination with variable intensity control, and a metal frame.
This teaching microscope is 17" tall and represents high-quality from top to bottom: from its convenient dual-head & widefield eyepieces, to its nosepiece & mechanical stage, to its phase contrast, overall optical system & beyond.
