The Math Daily Helper is a 3 folder lapbook used alongside your child's math program. Your child can use it for review of Kindergarten math skills and also as a reference during math when he/she runs into an area of struggle.
When your child is done with math for the day, the Daily Helper lapbook folds up and is placed in your child's desk or math book for safe keeping. It is like having many teaching posters right in front of your child all at ONE time!!
And, no holes in the wall!
We highly recommend that you laminate the templates before putting into the file folders so that they can be used over and over again with a dry erase marker and also so the templates will stay sturdy after lots of usage from your child.

These lapbooks are a wonderful learning tool for students who need a more visual, hands-on approach to learning math concepts. They add a cut and paste activity to that can be used along side any math curriculum for reinforcement and reference. Math Lapbooks come to you on a CD-ROM with printable, full-color pages. All instructions for assembling your lapbook are included on the CD-ROM, even giving you a picture of the finished product and placement illustrations. If you like the idea of lapbooks to enhance your math, these are easy to implement. You have permission to make the copies you need for family use. Classrooms and co-ops can contact the publisher for a group license (Journey Through Learning). You will need a color printer and Adobe Acrobat Reader, and folders.
Daily Helper Lapbooks help student learn concepts and math basics that are grade level appropriate, and also acts as a reference for students to look back as a reminder. Lapbooks may include things like math facts for addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, measurement references, etc. These may in the form of pockets with information inserted or reference sheets, or specially folded items. Each lapbook uses 3 folders.
