Cute, but biblically inaccurate

I was really excited about the potential of using this for many years with my kids. The book ornaments are adorable and seem really sturdy. Unfortunately, the story is SO biblically inaccurate. After the first few days, we talked about giving it away after Christmas. Now that we're almost all the way through, we decided it's so inaccurate that we don't even want anyone else to use it. Really unfortunate, it could've been great.

A family tradition lives on...

Our children grew up with this beautiful Advent calendar and its so well made thats its still in use! We were thrilled that it was still available to purchase so our grandchildren who live far away could have the same meaningful experience of anticipating the Birthday of Jesus!
