This product is much smaller than most marble run toys. It also requires PRECISE assembly of the parts. Every one of them. If even one piece is not perfectly assembled the marble path is disrupted. To add to the frustration, the instructions for building the various track configurations were confusing and nearly impossible to decipher. NOT good for small kids. As an adult I had great difficulty assembling this track.
Bottom line is that the kids (boys, 4 and 6 years old) quickly got out the old marble run toy we had and this one is sitting on as shelf. I seriously doubt it will ever get used again.
