History
Although all dragons live incredibly long lives, Ghost Dragons never die. Long ago, a dragon stumbled upon a magical elixir, and drinking it eventually turned this dragon into a wraithsomewhere between the living and the dead. Its ancestors received the same curse, doomed forever to walk the earth on moonless All Hallows' Eve nights.
Story
A dark night, a cool breeze, and suddenly the air feels chilled and a thin mist obscures the view. Thus marks the movement of the elusive Ghost Dragon, a wraith-like walker of the night.
Ghost Dragons hold grudges for centuries; they return to scenes where they fought knights or warriors of old, seeking to exact revenge. A treasure once guarded by a Ghost Dragon is never safe eitherthe night prowlers will always return to keep it safe.
Ghost Dragons are the most reclusive and solitary of all species of dragon, yet in those rare cases where they've been spotted, onlookers swore the medium-sized dragons were completely silent, winging through the sky without a sound or creeping through the night without so much as a footfall.

If you've seen many pictures of dragons, you probably know that everyone's perception is a little different. I think they are big reptiles that have 4 legs, claws, teeth, 2 wings, reptilian eyes, a long tail and spikes on their backs. Some dragons look quite different, though; there are dragons that look like roosters (cockatrices), ones that have human faces, ones that are a mixture of several different animals, and ones that leave you with a confused "What is THAT!?" Safari's version of Chinese dragons are FANTASTIC. The purple one is very, very bright, the end of its tail looks like icy fire, and it's fit to be in any emperor's palace. The blue dragon is a more natural looking one, an able creature and a wise teacher. Also check out the Dragon Toobs for more cool-looking little dragons. Any dragon lover would like to have a few of these creatures to keep them company. Dragons below measure 7" long and 4" high. ~ Janine
