Sight word practice increases reading fluency for the beginning reader. Reading practice is great! Sight word cards and games are great! Written practice is great as well, but it's harder to find a resource for this other than books and cards. Teacher Created Resources gives us two levels of practice exercises that develop a student's use of sight words. In the back are paper flashcards to cut out and use, simple but effective. Each page is focused on one word with writing on dotted half-lines, circling, finishing a sentence, and writing in blocks. Pages are black and white and perforated. Reproducible for classroom/home use. ~Sara
