This second physics course from Apologia covers kinematics, dynamics, rotational motion, gravity, oscillations, waves, optics, themal physics, electrical forces, electrical potential, DC circuits, magnetic forces, atomic physics, and nuclear physics, with special relativity and general relativity for dessert. Prerequisites include trigonometry and a previous course in physics. Course consists of the softcover student text and the solutions and test manual. All illustrations are in black and white. No special lab equipment or materials are needed, as household items are used in the labs.

My high schooler chose to take Advanced Physics this year. I thought it would be a lot easier on me to just get the lab kit than to try to find all the pieces myself.
We purchased this to go along with the Advanced Physics in Creation Set curriculum.
