Why did you choose this?

For my 8th grader's language arts. We had been using Easy Grammar Plus and a separate writing program, but I wanted something combined, and he wasn't doing as well with the Easy Grammar Plus.

I used this curriculum 2 years ago with an older child. I need to replace the student workbook to reuse the set I already have. This is our 3rd consecutive year using LLATL as a homeschool family.…
