Each book has a project for kids to do, questions to answer, and vocabulary to learn. The course also encourages students to see live theater and write reviews (or view DVD's of plays if you are unable to attend live productions). I can see this working well with multiple students in a co-op or family situation. Even if you have to adapt some of the projects to suit your own limitations here or there, students will get a good understanding of what goes on in the theater from conception to production.
