Publisher's Description of Snapshots of America Jigsaw Puzzle (1000 Piece)

Home of the Twinkie, The Windy City has the only river in the world that flows backwards! More seriously, the nation's first open-heart surgery was performed here in 1893, and the first blood bank was established in 1937 (which would have come in handy during the notorious Capone days). Chicago, on the shore of Lake Michigan, is the third largest city in the U.S. and known for its sports teams, food, fine museums, interesting architecture and great people, with just a few of its highlights captured in this collage by Charlie Girard. 1,000 piece puzzle with a finished size of 30" x 24".
