Description
More settlers are arriving in the city! In addition to Townsfolk Cards, there are now Outsider Cards that can be added to a player’s draw pile. These cards provide additional benefits during the game or opportunities to earn additional victory points at the end of the game. Also new are manuscript player boards. These boards help organize manuscripts and add action options. Some options include the ability to substitute a resource for a coin and a permanent option to gain King’s Order cards which are needed to add the new Outsider Cards to a player deck. Finally, there are options for additional victory points with the new specialized builder cards and new Castle Leader Card bonuses. I added both this expansion and the Keeper of Keys to the Viscounts of the West Kingdom game and really enjoyed all of the additional options and actions.
