Category Description for Copybook Cursive

Renewing an old educational practice, copybooks provide a beginning skill that is foundational for all language arts skills. These copybooks provide an opportunity for students to practice penmanship as well as spelling, reading comprehension, punctuation, and vocabulary. Not surprisingly, they are also an aid to memorization. Written in New American Cursive, line spacing is increasingly smaller (3/8" in Book 3 and college rule size in Book 4). All Scripture is KJV.

Copybook Cursive Book I – covers the same Scripture and poems in Copybook 3 (#033712)

Copybook Cursive Book II – covers Scripture used as memory work in Christian Studies I.

Copybook Cursive Book III – covers Scripture used as memory work in Christian Studies II.

Copybook Cursive Book IV – covers Scripture used as memory work in Christian Studies III (chronological through the life of Christ).

Why did you choose this?

For my homeschooling kids

To advance my 9 and 10 yr olds ability to write in cursive.

Because we will use Memoria Press Christian Studies I for our Bible curriculum and this copybook has the Bible verses that correspond to the lessons.
