Such a great book!
I am so glad I purchased this curriculum. I love the morals, and stories of farm life. It is very engaging, and a lot of life lessons are talked about while reading it. Highly recommend.

My daughter loves these books We started off the year using a different curriculum that expected great reading comprehension from the student My daughter struggled with it We switched to the Pathway Reading Program and have had great success The workbooks are great and reinforce phonics vocabulary comprehension etc The teacher's manual is a great help too My daughter will be more than ready to return to the curriculum we started by the time she finishes these readers

These readers are amazing My daughter is interested in reading them and she is now reading fluently The stories are interesting and there are new words listed at the bottom of each page so that you can discuss them before a child tries to read them Also the companion workbook is great It reinforces spelling skills as well as reading comprehension This is an extremely well done set and I expect us to continue using it up through the last one

Why did you choose this?
My child has completed McGuffey's Primer and the First Reader. He has also done Phonics Pathways. Is this the reader he should start with if we want to use this series? Thanks!
It is probably fine. I would recommend using the workbook with the reader because it may help with the vocabulary in the stories, We have used Pathways with all of our children and they have enjoyed it. You could start with the first grade levels, but if he already has strong phonemic awareness and a good amount of sight words, it is not necessary to back track.
Price. Excellent model and system for a family on a budget and trying to figure out what their student’s learning style is.
I have used Pathway readers in the past very successfully.
the stories are interesting to the children and teach good lessons of everyday life to them
I have been using this series to teach 2nd and 3rd graders to read. These students could not read sight words last September and are now starting their third book before the end of the school year.
