About Shipping Information

Shipping Update August 2020: Please note we cannot ship an order the same day it is placed. Most orders placed by 4PM CT leave in 3-4 days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Shipping delays are currently possible with both USPS and UPS.

USPS domestic deliveries are significantly delayed due to current USPS staffing problems (affects economy shipping for USPS and OSM; economy shipping may take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery). 

UPS cannot guarantee the delivery time for any service tier. No refunds can be issued for packages not delivered when expected. 

International customers: please be aware that international shipments are also experiencing delays. Please verify that your country is currently accepting inbound packages or that USPS is shipping to your destination before completing your order.
