What is the Digital Item exception?

Rosetta Stone can be returned within 30 days of activation for a full refund. Please contact customer service at Rainbow to process the return and obtain a refund. Rainbow will work with the publisher to deactivate your online account. Returns cannot be accepted later than 30 days after activation. There are certain other programs that may be able to be returned, depending on the activation status and the time between the purchase and the return request.
