Description

Includes the Nanofictionary Game (074311) and the Nanofictionary Blanks Expansion (014037). The card game of telling tiny stories, this game has three phases, Brainstorming, Storytelling, and Voting. Each player draws at least one of each type of card: Character, Setting, Problem, or Resolution. Using your selected cards, build a brief story based on the elements your cards contain. This game is fast-paced and fun, with interesting card illustrations, and easy-to-learn rules. The expansion pack allows players to add their own custom cards to Nanofictionary and include family stories, inside jokes and more! Includes three each of Character, Setting, Problem and Resolution cards. This game would be great for family game night and for building public speaking confidence. For 3-6 players, ages 8 and up. Provides an average of 15 to 20-minute game play.

Category Description for Nanofictionary
A fun game that encourages imagination and creativity, Nanofictionary gives players the opportunity to create their own unique stories. Players use cards for different story elements that include characters, settings, problems, and resolutions. By drawing and discarding each person will be able to form their own story and eventually tell it to the group. After stories are told, players will vote on which one was their favorite with no one being able to vote for their own. This game features fun cards and humorous illustrations that will help keep each story entertaining. There is also an expansion pack available that allows players to create their own custom cards for stories! The original game and expansion can be bought separately or as a set. 3-6 players can play, and a game will take around 15-20 minutes.
