Along with division, solving abstract and real-world problems using all four operations is introduced, as are short/long division with remainders, fractions and division, Roman numerals, dividing/multiplying/adding/subtracting US currency and standard units of measurement, and geometric shapes and angle measurements. The Math-U-See Delta Set (no Integer Blocks) is designed for families who currently have the Integer Block Kit and includes the Math-U-See Delta Student Workbook and Tests, Math-U-See Delta Online Instruction with Video, and the Math-U-See Delta Instruction Manual. If you do not have the Integer Block Kit, consider purchasing the Math-U-See Delta Set (with the Integer Blocks), as it includes all the required components.

Lessons follow a similar format – watch the DVD lesson (parent then child/parent together), work through lesson examples in the instruction manual together, and complete worksheets. Lessons conclude with a test. Cumulative unit tests are scheduled regularly to assure students retain previous teaching. A final test over all concepts taught concludes the course.
