Memoria Press Curriculum 5th Grade New User Set

Challenging classical students, Memoria Press Classical Core Grade 5 progresses on to First Form Latin while continuing the study of mathematics, great literature and language arts, history and geography, and science. Some resources are reused from Grade 4. If you are new to Memoria Press Classical Curriculum, you will need the New User Package as well as the resources specific to Grade 5. New Users will also want to note that Classical Composition II is used in Grade 5. It is recommended that students complete Classical Composition I prior to Classical Composition II. A selection of quality literature is recommended for the Read-Aloud component. You may find many of these at your local library or we offer a convenient Memoria Press Grade 5 Read-Aloud package. An optional supplement, the Grade 5 American Studies introduces students to history through quality literature. Please note, it is recommended that students complete Story of the World Volume 2 over the summer, prior to beginning Grade 6.
