Kits come with everything needed for assembly, including colorful, step-by-step instructions. Made from eco-friendly wood and cut 3mm thick with a high-precision laser, numbered pieces can be easily punched out and fit together with a satisfying "click". Here is a tip from my experience playing with several models, do not force the pieces. If you get irritated and push too hard into the holes, you can split the wood. This is not, however, due to the design. You simply must be careful during assembly. Once assembled, interconnected gears rotate together in a soothing rhythm. Can be personalized and painted, if desired. I had no trouble making the ones with 2-3 gears and I am not an accomplished model-builder. The finished fidgets are palm-sized and move quietly. Assembled, the Fidget Twister Mini measures 2.6" x 2.6" x .8" and the Maxi 3.3" x 3.3" x .8".
