The Curious Historian Level 1 is the first part in a 3-level series that presents the study of history and culture from the beginnings of civilization (Mesopotamia and Egypt) through the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. While Curious Historian is presented in a more standard format than other elementary programs such as Story of the World, it implements many nice features such as full color images, timelines, and sidebar details and focuses on aspects of culture that may not be covered in other curricula.
