The text is broken up with interesting short sections about companies and businesspersons. These often include innovations that today’s student would find hard to imagine. And yes, it makes those of us who remember things like cigarette ads in magazines and sugary breakfast cereal commercials during Saturday morning cartoons feel like dinosaurs… References to contemporary brands like Patagonia and updated methods like digital marketing keep the students engaged. Seeing how marketing has evolved was so interesting!
