Ok, now that we have established that this publication looks pretty, let’s look at the stories. These are versions for readers aged 9+ to get a sense of the dramatic work of one Charles Dickens. The many illustrations are quite unique, yet properly suited to the often-grim settings and personalities. I love the idea of introducing younger readers to Dickens in a way that is not too scary.
