introductory cookbook, there are 60 delicious recipes from varying levels of
difficulty. There are 5 levels to this book: Beginner, Beginner Plus,
Intermediate, Pro, and a special Super Fun Baker bonus level. Each level has
multiple recipes that are sure to impress. This book goes through most steps of
the baking process, giving safety tips and defining many different baking tools
and utensils. In the back of the book is a list of all the recipes again, this
time they are categorized by recipe rather than level. Next to each recipe is
the skill level, whether it is nut free or not, and the page number. Even
further through the book, the author gives ideas of occasions to bake for. The
book is set up to start at easy recipes and advance to the harder recipes, but
you could go in any order you wish. Truly a good addition to any young baker’s
