Preschool Count, Color, and Trace Mega Fun Learning Pad
These colorful activity pages teach young children fine motor skills, number recognition, counting and writing skills through fun and engaging activities. The pages are uncluttered and inviting for preschoolers. ~ Gina
Kids will love learning their numbers 0 to 10 while coloring humorous pictures, trying Hidden Pictures and That’s Silly! puzzles, and tracing a variety of lines and curves—important pre-writing activities. This large, colorful 176-page pad is packed with dozens of mazes and other puzzles, more than 25 coloring pages, and more than 75 pages devoted to practicing counting.
The familiar children's magazine perhaps best known for its hidden pictures has turned its skills towards producing quality workbooks that emphasize and develop basic PK and K skills (letters, numbers, colors, shapes). These workbooks also address emerging skill sets such as reading (phonics, comprehension), writing (handwriting, composition), and math (addition, subtraction). Each book incorporates critical thinking skills with an entire book addressing thinking and reasoning skills at both the PK and the K level. The artwork is appealing and the activities are varied as well as delightful. And, yes, you might just find an iconic hidden pictures activity in one or more of the books. Subtitled "learning fun" they deliver on this claim with teacher-approved activities and state standards alignment. The colorful and engaging books are consumable. A very nice feature is the rounded corners on all pages. A complete answer key is included along with a Congratulations! certificate. Although there is no mention in the books themselves, the cover notes "online activities."
