Meeting with Jesus is a one-year guide to lead elementary age students in Bible exploration, with the end goal of establishing knowledge of and a relationship with Jesus Christ. The book contains a Bible reading plan from the Gospel of Luke. This portion of the Bible was chosen due to it corresponding the closest with the order of Jesus Christ's life. It is written directly to the student so there is no teacher resource, however, younger students may need some help initially. Each week contains a space to record prayer points, a weekly memory verse, and six days of short lessons. Each daily lesson has a few Bible verses for the student to read, a corresponding question and a space to answer. There is a full page allowed for each Sunday that the student can use to record Sunday sermons and discussions. The lessons are intended to only take around 5 minutes a day. There are short videos online that can be used to supplement the material weekly. They can be found at the link below. The consumable softcover book is 208 pages long and contains 50 weeks' worth of lessons. ~Judy
