Has family fun projects that get everyone involved, and can customize to your family with versatile options. Hands-on, easy-to-follow activities use common house-hold items while each unit's family activities require additional supplies and might include recipes (popcorn balls or pineapple pops), art projects, and more. We love Notgrass History's Our Star-Spangled Story, and we are looking forward to using this as well. I had the chance to peruse it (my Mom teaches with it in her very small school classroom), and…

I noticed that the sample for this review book had an answer key, how is this different than the literature guide that has an answer key as well? Are some answers here and some there, or are they repeated in this book?

The literature guide refers to the optional chapter books that can be read as an enrichment to the units. The literature guide is for the parent/teacher to read prior to reading the chapter books aloud. It points out topics that may need to be skipped over or adjusted for sensitive learners. That is completely separate from the lesson review which acts as a test or review after each unit in the main textbook. There is no repetition between the two.
