Poor care
I ordered 2, 35 PC puzzle for my 2, 5 & 3 y\o nephews. You shipped a flat puzzle with no box to keep all pieces in AND no picture for them to look at to put pieces where they belong. Too me, this is unacceptable ESP for young kids. Someone is getting lazy in doing quality work.
