Description
Category Description for Illustrated Alphabet Cards

So very charming! Printed on light green card stock, each one shows a printed upper and lower case letter (traditional script). The letters are shown on a line with a dotted midline, making it nice for a student to look at and imitate on their own handwriting paper. At the top of each card, taking up about 3/5 of the page, is a lovely hand-drawn image of a word starting with that letter such as an apple, calf, elephant, insects, jaguar, monkey, umbrella and more. The artist used colored pencils, so they have a soft look to them. Letters are a bold, solid black. Laminated card sets of 26 come in 2 sizes: 4x5" or 7x9". ~ Sara

Why did you choose this?

Beautiful illustrations

Very attractive the letter can clearly been seen. It does not have items drawn on the letter . Having items with the letter confuses children to what the letter should actually look like.

I need visual reminders on the wall for my young phonics students and these are JUST BEAUTIFUL! Our living room is our schoolroom, so I want whatever I hang on these walls to be pretty!

They are beautiful and I love that they are laminated!

What is the picture for O, and for Q?

Sure, q is quail and o is ostrich.

I like the size and the contrast of the large ones, and they are already laminated!

What picture is used for the letter i?
