1-2-3 Touch & Flip Cards
As part of the Get Set for School materials from Handwriting Without Tears, this set of 42 flash cards have a variety of uses and activities. There are two decks of 21 cards: a tactile deck and a counter deck. One deck has a textured number on the front and animals to count on the back (1-20.) The other deck has colored squares to count on one side and the numeral printed on the other side. Students can match the numbers to the amount of squares, trace their finger along the textured numbers, identify numbers, count animals, practice counting backwards, say their colors and more. A small booklet inside gives you some ideas too. Cards are large (about 4 x 6) and sturdy with rounded corners. ~ Sara

I Know My Numbers is a set of 10 small horizontal booklets (14 pgs ea), each centered on a number 1-10 that a student methodically works through as they practice writing and understanding these numbers. They are full of charming black and white illustrations and clear instruction. Little Chalk Bits is a good sized box (about 6.5"x 4"x 2) full of 1 pieces of thin (1cm) white chalk. This will go a long way! Little Sponge Cubes is a set of 100 (50 yellow/50 blue) small cubes (1cm) of kitchen sponge. Just right for tiny fingers to erase with!
