Can I use this product to paint on a T-shirt?
You can use these acrylic paints to write on a T-shirt ONLY if you first mix it with a fabric medium.
putting a clear coat on these paints will it make it waterproof?
A clear coat will generally protect these paints depending on their use and exposure.
Can I use this paint on wood for outdoors?
You would need to put a clear coat over it. This paint is designed for interior use.
Can you paint on glass?
Yes, you can, but with time and/or washing, it will flake off. These might work better for you:
