Publisher's Description of Joshua and Judges Curriculum
From the wall falling at Jericho to the wall being rebuilt at Jerusalem, guide your child through the Old Testament with the Joshua and Judges Curriculum Lesson Plans. This daily guide includes a scope and sequence, grading suggestions, scheduling ideas, and 85 lessons plans. Each lesson gives prompts to study Memory Verses, say the Pledge of Allegiance, sing songs from the Joshua and Judges Sing His Praise CD, pray, and present the lesson from one of six Flash-a-Card sets. In one semester, show your child the great leaders of the Bible such as Joshua, Ruth, Samuel, Esther, Nehemiah, and more.
The Abeka Bible in middle years follows a course of study for each semester. Each semester course covers an Old Testament semester (Joshua and Judges) and a New Testament semester (Acts). The Flash-a-Card lessons have carried over from the Elementary Bible to the Middle levels. These Flash-a-Cards will have the meat of the lessons detailed on the back of each image card. Each semester course includes the following: curriculum/daily plans, test booklet, and test key. Optional, but recommended, items include the Joshua and Judges Map and Sing His Praise Hymnal. ~Rebecca
