The list of blends learned are as follows: bl, cl, sl, br, cr, fr, gr, pr, sc, sk, sn, sp, st, ch, sh, th, and wh. With each blend a list of three words will follow for practice, giving 51 new words learned. At the end of the book, there are an additional 44 words without guide pictures under them to offer a reading challenge. 38 pgs, pb.

*If your student is new to this program, either level 1 or level 2 Learn to Read books will be helpful in learning the individual letter sounds and motions. There is an alphabet guide and blend guide at the end of this workbook to reference.
