Description
A simple, yet attractive practice book that lies flat. First you see the whole alphabet (upper & lower case, plus numbers 0-9). This is a good-looking, “normal cursive that most would call “traditional," with a bit of a slant. While usable for lefties, the letters and words do start at the left page, so not a “true left-hander's" practice book. The “Q" looks like a manuscript Q. Practice pages all follow the same steps: trace letters with directional arrows in upper and lower case; practice a few lines of these; then write a silly sentence using a lot of alliteration, with space to write it 3 times. A large block-letter with an illustration (A, ant; B, bat; G, goat; T, turtle; etc.) can be colored in once writing practice is done. After alphabet practice, there's a page for each number with similar format. Months, days of the week, and a blank, lined page finish up the book. Lines are .75" with dotted half-lines. 8.5"x 11", pb. ~ Sara
