The Rivet Pop Workshop by Educational Insights is a fun self-storing puzzle toy perfect for building fine motor and hand eye coordination skills. There are 10 double-sided activity cards that fit in the activity board frame. Use the Rivet Tool to match and “pop” the rivets through the pattern on the activity card. Your little one learns about construction skills, pre math skills, and STEM practice, all while having fun. When the activity is finished, use the rivet remover to remove all the rivets and move on to the next. Or, store the rivets, activity cards, and tools inside the storage box. The activity board snaps on as a lid to store the toy for the next use. ~Judy
Publisher's Description of Design & Drill Rivet Pop Workshop
Pop into early learning! Budding builders use a hand-powered rivet tool and rivets that “pop” when they place them to complete the patterns on the colorful cards with this pop-n-play construction activity set!
The Design and Drill Sets fulfill child development and education needs while inspiring imagination and creativity. After all, what child doesn't desire to build beautiful patterns, and use tools like a "grown up"? Fundamental fine motor skills will get a workout using the bolts, tools, and accessories in each set. Some sets function with a child-size power drill, complete with forward and reverse mode! Others have a child size screwdriver or just require little fingers to do the work. When the kiddo has completed the suggested designs, they can use their creativity and come up with their own supporting STEM learning. Power tools require 3 AAA batteries, which are not included. Each set includes a playboard or an item to assemble, colorful bolts and/or accessories in a variety of colors and in some cases a tool (type varies by set).
