How much time do you have to identify and arrest the mystery
schemer and culprit lurking in the shadows? Working either solo or
cooperatively with up to six people, use deductive skills to solve any of the
19 different cases included with this game. Each case is presented via a card
that briefly describes the scenario, the challenge and the time given to solve
it ranging from 3-9 minutes. Using scene cards, search for symbols that match
one of the variations of the basic five shapes represented on a codex included
with the game. If you can find and match the symbols correctly, you earn clues cards
that help reveal which items or traits to look for among the suspect cards. Next,
choose another scene card to identify additional symbols and earn additional
clues. By the process of elimination, narrow down the suspects until you are
confident enough to make an arrest. If you correctly identify the culprit
before the time runs out, you close the case!
There are three different levels of difficulty available to mix and
match with your player’s skill level or desired total playtime. Game time varies
depending on your choice of case files.
