What material can I use for multiple casting? Skullduggery says it’s only used for one casting

A silicone mold can used multiple times. We don't have any, but I know that you can get it from Dick Blick art supplies.

How do I get the clumps out even after stirring vigorously with a whisk? Do the lumps effect the mold?

When I searched online for what may cause this, I read that the water can make a big difference. There are also many videos to be found showing people using alginate for molding. I suggest you try searching there for more information.
