I'm enjoying Story of the World 4 Activity Book
It helps me cover lots of detail of the chapter that we are covering by using most of every section for each Chapter: Encyclopedia reading, Review/Comprehension Questions, outlines, maps, and timeline. The directions for use and for teaching in a co-op are clear and straightforward.

4 Questions
Why did you choose this?

We've enjoyed the other 3 books in the series and look forward to completing the cycle. I plan to go through it with my younger children.

love the book lists included in the SOTW activity books!

Needed for a learning center class.

We've used this curriculum since Vol. 1.

Does this activity book include coloring pages like the other levels did?

There are reproducible activity pages in this book some of which are coloring activities. However, the target age range for this book is higher than some of the others so there are fewer coloring-based activities.

Are the pages reproducible?

The student pages are reproducible, with nothing printed on the backs. I know someone who dismantled the book and put it in a binder to make it easier, but we were able to put the book in the copier without much problem with edging. The copyright statement allows reproduction for use within a family.

Is this book binded or is it loose pages?

It is binded and for the activity pages which are located in the backof the book are easy tear outs. The pages are not loose. We love the activity books for story of the world. I highly recommend this, my kids have gotten a lot out of the book and activity book.
