brings together many of the traditional songs that have been sung for
generations. A guide in the front of the book suggests songs to teach your
child each month September – May. The spiral-bound songbook piano arrangement
is simply done, and guitar chords are included. An accompanying CD will make it
fun for students to sing along with or even listen to while doing busy work or
traveling in the vehicle. Music is selected from folk tune, traditional, early
American, patriotic, fun kid’s songs, character building songs, and hymns. Some
songs have enriching ideas for hand motions, props, explanation of uncommon
words, and even a little history. Songs We Enjoy levels are 1-6. CD
playing times are 60+ minutes long per CD.
