Laugh-a-Lot! Alphabet Book Set
- Set of 12 small, decodable readers for beginners
- Comes with fun stickers as incentives!
- Comprehension questions help you guide discussion
These little readers are just right for little hands. Books are colorful and cheery, with silly illustrations kids will love! Each of the 26 readers shows a capital and lowercase letter and things that start with that letter (e.g. seal, sun, sax, sailboat, sandwich). A short story featuring those objects allows your student to see the letter in context and recognize the word on the page. Inside the back cover is a cute riddle to solve. A Little Workbook adds handwriting practice, letter recognition, and a drawing page for every letter you learn, and 16 colorful stickers add incentive. An idea booklet provides additional activities. Each alphabet book is 5.5 x 5.5” with 8 pages total, all in a sturdy box. ~Sara
Inside the bright boxes are 12 decodable books that provide systematic practice kids need to become confident readers. Decodable means they follow a phonemic pattern and can be "sounded out." Along with the 12 decodable readers is a parent guide, a mini-workbook, and 16 fun stickers. Before starting the reader, turn to the back inside cover and preview the high-frequency words that will be used. Read together and offer support. When the reader is complete, check their comprehension with the fill in questions found at the end of the story. My Little Workbook contains additional comprehension questions and has two companion pages with additional practice. When complete, have your student use the stickers provided. ~Amber
My boys love the Faux Bow and Arrows we previously purchased. This gives them another choice/option in creative Robin Hood type play and backyard adventure.
This looks like the perfect size bow for my 6 year old granddaughter:). Yep, that is what she wanted for Christmas:)
