This 5th edition BJU course begins at the cellular level, and then surveys the structures of plants, animals and humans (including a chapter on human reproduction) from a biblical perspective, including worldview and ethics studies throughout. A combination of lab and field activities teach students to predict, observe, record and analyze. Students make use of case studies, graphic organizers, graphs, models, and WebQuests. Labs include one STEM and three inquiry-based activities, but exclude dissections. Needed lab supplies are listed in the Activities books. The Home School Kit includes the Student Edition, Activities and key, Assessments and key, and a Teacher's Edition.

Not a complete set
We purchased this lab kit in hopes that it would work with the BJU Life Science DLO class for our son. Unfortunately, we were not happy with it and had to return the kit. Some of the items matched perfectly to what was needed but other were different. The list that came with the kit also did not match up with all the items. We felt like it was quite disorganized in terms of the items as well. As I mentioned, we returned the kit and chose to order directly through BJU Logos?.its more expensive but worth it because we know we'll be getting exactly what we need. Rainbow resource was very helpful and understanding when I called to discuss our situation so I'm thankful to them!!!!
