Publisher's Description of Geography & Timeline Review Worksheets
In the Grammar School years, Memoria Press students learn specific timeline dates from subjects including classical studies, Christian studies, and American / modern studies. They also learn the geography of the world by memorizing countries, capitals, and locations. In order to further students' retention of these facts, we have created these Geography & Timeline Review Worksheets for cumulative review as students prepare to move into the next stage of their education. This memorization and mastery is consistent with a classical education, setting students up with the foundation they will build upon in their logic and rhetoric stage courses.
The Geography & Timeline Module is a review intended for students who have completed our Christian Studies, Classical Studies, and Geography through Sixth Grade.
Comprehensive chronological and geographical review – at least comprehensive for the material covered in Memoria Press' history and geography studies through 6th grade. This collection of 31 worksheets reviews States & Capitals, Geography I, Geography II, as well as the cumulative elementary level timeline. Students complete one worksheet per week (either geography or timeline) – just to keep on top of all the facts. The consumable student guide provides the weekly worksheets plus a set of reproducible maps and practice timelines. The teacher guide has copies of the same reproducibles and student pages with answers filled in.
