Having this on my to do list didnt stop my kids from taking it out of the box several times to play with. My 5-year old showed my how the magnet discs float vs sink depending on which way the discs are faces and also showed me how she uses the big magnet to pick up the small ones when she is cleaning up after they are done playing. Any toy that engages kids to play with it several times and to figure out how things work gets 5 stars from me.
