Meeting the GCE “O” Physics syllabus requirements from Singapore’s Ministry of Education, Physics Matters provides a college preparatory physics course. Through the course students learn about general physics, thermal physics, light, waves and sound, and electricity and magnetism. There are 3 core components: Textbook, Workbook and the Practical Book. Individual Teacher Editions / Guides sold separately. Lessons span 54 weeks and follow the 30-minute period outlined by the publisher. This is easily modified to meet your homeschool goals. Please note, some of the experiments may be challenging to complete at home. Families may wish to substitute a resource like the Physics of Popcorn or the Home Science Tools Physics Experiment Kit. Although they will not align, parents will be able to find suitable, related activities to provide hands-on learning.

To help kids to solidify their learning.
We have been using the Singapore Math workbooks for many years, so thought we would try a science based on the same learning.
We've previously used both the Biology Matters and Chemistry Matters from this series. I liked the series and wanted to continue with it.
I think this would be the best course for my grandson.. I hope.
