These are perfect for a sensory learner who loves the feel of soft, yet firm, squishy toys. The tiles are almost like a set of alphabet dominoes. They measure 3.5" x 1.5", and are about a half inch thick and made of natural rubber from the company Rubbabu. Each piece has a flocked coating that is not going to rub off with handling. The colors look like rich velvet! You have a variety of rich red, deep royal blue, vibrant orange, lime green and brilliant turquoise. Each piece has the capital letter in dots on one end and the braille letter at the other end with a dash in between. Use these with young learners just putting letters and sounds together. I could also see them used with special needs students in a variety of settings. The quality of products from this company is exceptional. ~Sara
