This 3rd
grade More New Friends Workbook correlates with the More New
Friends Reader and the More New Friends Workbook Teacher’s Edition (006435)

Students develop reading fluency and
comprehension skills, laying a solid foundation for a lifetime of learning. All
Pathway Reader books are illustrated with cute, black-and-white, farm-inspired
drawings and encourage Christian values.Third grade includes two
Hardcover Readers, New Friends and More New Friends,
with correlating Workbooks (at least 3 pages of exercises per story) and
a Teacher Manual which shows copies of textbook and workbook pages with
answers filled in and instructions for teaching. Workbooks train students to
work independently, focusing on grammar, reading, spelling, writing, and
thinking skills. Quizzes and Quizzes Answer Key sold separately.
I appreciate all of the pathways readers and workbooks. I think they are easy to use and inexpensive. My only complaint is that there is no list within the workbook of the definition of each phonics sound. That would be really handy as a reference when determining long/short vowels and more...

These readers are amazing My daughter is interested in reading them and she is now reading fluently The stories are interesting and there are new words listed at the bottom of each page so that you can discuss them before a child tries to read them Also the companion workbook is great It reinforces spelling skills as well as reading comprehension This is an extremely well done set and I expect us to continue using it up through the last one

Great workbook to go along with the readers. I wouldn't do them without the workbooks.
