We are enjoying using this book as part of our bible/history lessons My high schooler and I read one biography each day My student likes the stories I read this aloud because he is an auditory learner - I think HS students could read this on their own The stories give information about the hero and the time period along with black and white pictures Each story is 2-4 pages in length I find myself looking for works by the heroes to understand more about them The key writings are listed with the story This book is a great value - 70 mini biographies for $11 It is a great resource for anyone studying church history
